Does anyone have any experience with online survey taking?

Would it be worth it as a part-time source of extra income?

Online surveys can't really be counted on as reliable income, but they can be a source of some spare cash. There are legit survey companies and many scams as well. A good rule of thumb is that if they ask for any money to sign up, or ask you to pay for a list of companies - run away. The legit ones never ask for a fee. The money is basically $5 here, $10 there...but it can add up. I'm up to about $75 this month.

You can also find market research companies in your area and participate in focus groups. They generally pay anywhere from $50-$200 for a few hours of your time.
