hi i have to conduct a survey for a college project and to make it cost efficent, i thought of conducting an online survey.
How can I go about constructing a web page and then storing all the responses?

you have to write a script. It would probably be best if you used your colleges webserver to set up the page, because personal home pages don't really let you host scripts. Now you could get like a comment book, hosted on another site. but a script that emails you responses would probably work good.
